Didier Bench, Chairman, 47 years old, comes from the world of private equity. He has throughout his career, in Europe as well as the United States, directed several firms in the technologic sector (MIPS, Paul Allen Group, Netscape, iMediation, Cartesis) and participated as a partner or president to the management of funds, notably to the Caisse des Dépôts et Placements du Québec. From the beginning of 2004 to December 2007, Didier Bench was the chairman of the company Cartesis, which he sold in 2007 to Business Objects.

Didier Bench participated in the Executive Management Program of Stanford, after completing his Masters in computer sciences at the University of Paris VII, and his DESS (Diploma of Superior Specialized Studies) in marketing and finance at the University of Paris X.
  Philippe Brosse, non executive Chairman of Strategic Committee, 52 years old, has carried out his whole career within the group Société Générale. In 1988, after seven years of work as a specialized controller in investment banking, he created and developed the control activity of the investment products of the Société Générale. In 1995, he became the assistant general director of SG Asset Management, where he in particular, created SGAM Alternative Investments; in which as the CEO he saw the general direction from 2003 to 2008.

Philippe Brosse holds a bachelors degree from IEP Paris and obtained a Masters in Economic Sciences from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
  Laurent Imbert, Chief Executive Officer, 45 years old, has carried out his whole career in the world of asset management. He successively exercised the duties of international equity management with Groupama Asset Management, in charge of the diversified management of Crédit Mutuel Finances, before taking up the direction of equity management for the group Ofi Asset Management, which he left while he was a member of the board of directors for two principle management companies of the group. Laurent Imbert was then named in 2003 Director of Equity Management Europe and Eastern Europe of Ixis AM. He then joined Montségur Finance, a private management company, and left at the end of 2007.

Laurent Imbert holds a Masters in Business Law and Fiscal Policy, obtained at the University of Paris II, Assas. He is equally certified by the Centre de Formation à l’Analyse Financière (CFAF).
  Fabrice Tahar, Head of quantitative research, 35 years old, comes from the academic world. He was notably a part of the THEMA (Economic Theory Modeling and Applications) laboratory, shared by the universities of Paris X, Cergy-Pontoise and ESSEC, where he published several research articles about index tracking techniques, as well as portfolio insurance models. He equally worked as a research engineer at EDHEC-Risk and Asset Management Research Center on the production of hedge fund indexes of EDHEC, and the management of funds of hedge funds.

Fabrice Tahar holds a Ph.D. in Economics, obtained at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, a Post Graduate degree in Finance and Insurance from the University of Paris X Nanterre, and a Masters in Econometrics from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
  Selim Boughalem, Member of Strategic Committee, 38 years old, has carried out his whole career in the world of asset management. Before joining D|Bench Alternative Investments, he was a member of Executive Committee at HSBC PWM (French asset management subsidiary of HSBC France) and the head of absolute return mutual fund management. Previously, he worked as absolute return mutual fund manager for over 5 years within the same company. As a fund manager and with his team, he brought in convex and volatility arbitrage strategies on equity markets.

Selim Boughalem holds a Master of Modeling and Quantitative Analysis on Financial Markets from Paris 10 University a Bachelor of Econometrics and a Bachelor of Economics obtained at the Bordeaux 4 University.
